B-PRO

A professional model ideal for large-scale production, fully automatic, equipped with a multi-zone thermoforming system comprising 6 independent zones for excellent and rapid results: once the required zone has been activated and the type and thickness of the thermoplastic sheet to be formed have been selected, the thermoforming machine carries out the entire thermoforming process and subsequent cooling of the thermoformed product fully automatically, without any intervention from the operator.

Production capacity: up to 6 aligners in 1 minute.

Areas that can be enabled or disabled: Each of the six areas can be enabled or disabled by the operator depending on the workload they have to carry out.

Dedicated resistor and vacuum: Each of the six areas has its own quartz heater and vacuum pump, which allow performance to be optimised in each individual area.

Automatic cooling: At the end of the thermoforming process, the B-PRO will automatically cool the thermoformed product using a flow of fresh air, taking into account the type and thickness of the material.

Infrared temperature sensor: precise measurement of the actual temperature of the thermoplastic sheet during the heating phase, in order to ensure that all thermoformed products are consistently identical.

Universal compatibility and standard sheets format: The B-PRO can be used with all commercially available thermoplastic sheet materials and sizes (square sheets measuring 125 x 125 mm, and round sheets with diameters of Ø 120 and Ø 125 mm), without having to change your working habits, whilst simply increasing productivity.
