How can I purchase on your website?
To purchase on our website is very easy, simply register in the "My Account" section at the top right by entering all the required data or during the order summary.
Once you have created your user account, choose the desired products and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout phase to make the payment by choosing one of the three methods available.
Is it safe to buy from your website?
Our website uses the secure digital certificate SSL and complies with all regulations in the field of Privacy according to the GDPR regulation.
NOTE: Credit card payments are protected by the 3D Secure system.
Can I check the status of my order?
In the "My Account" section at the top right you can view all the information regarding the orders placed with their relative status.
NOTE: : All order status changes will also be communicated via email to the user account registration address.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, the user will receive an email confirming shipment with the relevant link to monitor the status of the shipment in real time.
NOTE: You can track your shipment directly from the "My Account" section for the specific order.
What do I do if the package arrives damaged?
Sometimes it may happen that during transport the courier damages the package or even the product inside. In this case it is advisable to accept the package "with reservation" and immediately contact BART MEDICAL by email at: sales@bartmedical.com.
After a correct verification of the product condition by our technicians, if the product is damaged it will be repaired or replaced.
How does the warranty work on your products?
The warranty on our products is divided into two types:
- EQUIPMENT: 2 years warranty for manufacturing or electronic defects.
- CONSUMABLE MATERIALS: the warranty on these types of products covers only manufacturing defects and not incorrect use by the customer.
Can I return one of your products?
The return of a product can be made within 15 days from the date of purchase, only after approval by BART MEDICAL and only in the event of an error in purchasing an incorrect product code.
ATTENTION: The product to be returned must be new, unopened and unused.
