Ghost Aligner

A thermoplastic sheet for dental alignment, made from a special, transparent and elastic compound, which enables the creation of a dental aligner that exerts a gentle and therefore more consistent force.
This specific feature offers significant advantages for the orthodontist, as it ensures a more precise fit, thereby improving control over tooth movement.
The high elasticity that characterises GHOST ALIGNER® optimises the aligner’s adaptation to the shape of the teeth, attachments and interdental spaces, yielding excellent results. A better fit allows for a more stable point of contact, promoting consistent force application and, consequently, more precise tooth movement.

Leading laboratories, both nationally and internationally, use the GHOST ALIGNER® disc on a daily basis to produce dental aligners for their patients.
Aligners produced using GHOST ALIGNER® harness the full potential of the technology and the physical and mechanical properties of the special PET-G-based polyurethane blend, making them significantly more effective and efficient than those made from materials based on obsolete technologies such as pure PET-G.

Aligners made using GHOST ALIGNER®, whilst retaining the same aesthetic qualities and transparency as other aligners on the market, are more comfortable to wear and remove as they are more flexible; furthermore, they do not interfere with speech. They are extremely easy to remove and insert. Patients wearing aligners made with GHOST ALIGNER® experience no discomfort to their gums or teeth.

GHOST ALIGNER® is coated on both sides with a very thin (20 micron) thermoplastic protective film which can be removed, if desired, after the thermoforming process; this ensures that the disc retains its original transparency and gloss, preventing any cloudiness caused by the porous surface of the 3D resin model.
