Areas that can be enabled or disabled<\/b>: Each of the six areas can be enabled or disabled by the operator depending on the workload they have to carry out.<\/p>\n
Dedicated resistor and vacuum<\/b>: Each of the six areas has its own quartz heater and vacuum pump, which allow performance to be optimised in each individual area.<\/p>\n
Automatic cooling<\/b>: At the end of the thermoforming process, the B-PRO will automatically cool the thermoformed product using a flow of fresh air, taking into account the type and thickness of the material.<\/p>\n
Infrared temperature sensor<\/b>: precise measurement of the actual temperature of the thermoplastic sheet during the heating phase, in order to ensure that all thermoformed products are consistently identical.<\/p>\n
