Professional model ideal for large productions, completely automatic, equipped with a multiple thermoforming system 6 independent areas for an excellent and fast result: after activating the area to be used, selecting the type of thermoplastic sheet and the thickness to be formatted, the thermoforming machine carries out, completely automatically, the entire thermoforming process and subsequent cooling of the thermoformed product without any intervention by the operator.

Production capacity: up to 6 aligners in 1 minute.

Areas that can be activated and deactivated: each of the 6 areas can be activated or deactivated by the operator depending on the workload he has to carry out.

Dedicated resistance and vacuum: each of the 6 areas has a dedicated quartz resistance and vacuum motor that allow for performance optimization in each individual area.

Automatic cooling: at the end of the thermoforming process the B-PRO It will cool the thermoformed product automatically, through real air flow, taking into account the type of material and its thickness.

Infrared Temperature Sensor: precise detection of the actual temperature of the thermoplastic sheet during the heating phase in order to obtain thermoformed products that are always the same.

Universal compatibility and standard thermoplastic sheet format: in B-PRO all materials and formats of commercially available thermoplastic sheets can be used (square 125 x 125 mm, round Ø 120 and Ø 125 mm), without having to change your habits but only increasing productivity.
